About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) delivers on-site dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services to senior communities across 24 states. As a family-founded healthcare organization, we focus on preventive care delivered with dignity, consistency, and compassion. Every visit matters, and every operational detail behind that visit does too. This is a core operations role. As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will own your market, ensure visits run smoothly, and keep providers, facilities, and internal teams aligned. Your work directly impacts patient access, provider efficiency, and overall care quality. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize provider schedules to ensure efficient, on-time patient care
  • Coordinate closely with facilities to confirm readiness and expectations ahead of visits
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, coverage gaps, and last-minute changes
  • Track and manage lab-dependent cases across specialties (optometry, podiatry, dental, audiology)
  • Partner with field teams and facility contacts to keep care moving without delays
  • Build and maintain tracking systems that improve follow-through and reduce errors
  • Maintain accurate, forward-looking calendars for all assigned facilities and specialties
  • Spot inefficiencies and proactively improve workflows within your market
  • Serve as the primary communication point, keeping everyone aligned and informed
  • Confirm provider readiness prior to visits and address issues before they escalate
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation and reports
  • Act quickly when logistical issues arise, providing clear solutions and next steps
