We are seeking a Strategy Director to join the Office of the CEO, reporting to the Chief of Staff. This role is the strategic engine of the Office of the CEO, responsible for driving the execution of priorities across the enterprise, managing cross-functional projects from early scoping through to delivery, and ensuring the company has the analytical and strategic horsepower to move fast on the things that matter most. The Strategy Director leads the Enterprise Strategy and Transformation function while also acting as a direct extension of the Chief of Staff on cross-functional initiatives, board and executive materials, business case development, and planning processes. They work in close partnership with Finance and FP&A, owning the strategy and business plan layer that sits alongside and complements the financial planning work held by Finance. The ideal candidate brings rigorous strategic thinking, strong project execution instincts, and the credibility and relationship skills to engage senior business leaders with confidence. This is a builder's role. The function is being established, and the Strategy Director will be foundational to how it is designed, operates, and scales.
