This role goes beyond managing timelines; you’ll help ensure initiatives are aligned, adopted, and delivering real business impact. You’ll partner with client leaders and cross-functional teams to bring complex work to life. Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience
  • Experience in consulting or cross-functional environments preferred
  • Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
  • Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, GM%)
  • Experience leading large, complex projects (including teams of 20+)
  • Ability to connect big-picture strategy to day-to-day execution
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project financials
  • Understanding of how delivery connects to client business goals
  • Ability to build trust and influence across teams and clients
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Clear, concise communicator who can synthesize and guide decisions
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Collaborative mindset with strong accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and success measures
  • Align stakeholders on goals, roles, and expected outcomes
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts
  • Lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
  • Create structure through plans, governance, and team rhythms
  • Keep work on track by managing progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across disciplines (change, comms, creative, learning, technology, and org & talent)
  • Be accountable for project financials (forecasting, hours, invoicing, gross margin)
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged
  • Facilitate key conversations, decisions, and working sessions
  • Track success metrics and adjust to improve outcomes
  • Bring ideas to improve how we deliver work (including use of AI)
  • Contribute to tools, templates, and ways of working
  • Support a culture of innovation and high performance
