Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in business, strategy, governance, project management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise strategy, transformation or portfolio coordination in a complex organisation.
Experience preparing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
Strong analytical capability, including scenario modelling and dependency mapping.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and supporting governance forums.

Responsibilities

Maintain the enterprise strategy and transformation register.
Monitor strategic initiatives, dependencies, sequencing, risks and delivery impacts.
Identify cross-portfolio conflicts, capacity constraints and delivery risks.
Support GM/CEO decision-making through analysis and sequencing recommendations.
Track enterprise benefits realisation.
Coordinate governance forums, reporting and executive dashboards.
Monitor actions, decisions, milestones and implementation progress.
Escalate delivery risks and portfolio issues as required.
Ensure initiatives have clear ownership, business cases and success measures.
Partner with Corporate Planning, EPMO, PMOs and business leaders to maintain alignment and accurate reporting.
Facilitate information sharing and coordination across enterprise initiatives.
