About The Position

Leverage program and project management skills to assist Department efforts to build integrated, cohesive management capabilities that provide real-time insights and great leadership visibility and control. Work across and within organizational boundaries to build coalitions, identify shared objectives, and generate momentum. Standardize and mature all daily business workflows and operations, utilizing templates, streamlined mechanisms, and new platforms as needed. Embed with operational components and rapidly develop an understanding of their complex missions, key initiatives, resource deployment, master schedules, and related elements. Work with management to identify and execute against opportunities to improve business processes across the board.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience serving in program and project management roles

Nice To Haves

  • TEN (10)+ years of experience in program and project management roles
  • Master's degree
  • PMP certification
  • A passion for building collaborative relationships and working toward shared mission aims
  • An ability to operate autonomously with limited oversight
