About The Position

The Strategy and Transformation Manager Mortgage Banking will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the EVP of Mortgage, responsible for driving key transformation initiatives, optimizing divisional operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. This role will provide high-level support to the EVP, acting as a key liaison across the organization to implement strategic priorities, support executive decision-making, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Mortgage Division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategic program management within the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on mortgage or lending

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the EVP of Mortgage, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to support the division’s goals.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans and frameworks to guide the Mortgage Division’s key initiatives and growth objectives.
