About The Position

Top Partner team collaborates across Google to deepen and expand our 400+ most strategic relationships, create value for Google and the partner, and cultivate partnership. Our Global and Americas Top Partners team (alongside our EMEA and APAC teams) focuses on the most sensitive, complex and strategic partners for the Americas region and Google more broadly. The Top Partner Strategy and Operations team operates in a highly cross-functional manner supporting the Top Partner program and regional teams. In this role, you will support the Global and Americas (GLAM) Top Partner strategy and operations team to shape business strategy across partners, enable operational excellence for GLAM teams, and help architect programs that deliver outsized value for Google and its partners. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to projects that design, execute, and measure impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Own hypotheses to key strategic issues and be the main contributor to findings and solutions by partnering with peers to deliver data-driven insights and synthesize recommendations for executive decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across business areas and regions to drive insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and working teams, based on analysis, experience, technical acumen, and good judgment.
  • Support existing strategic initiatives through ongoing analysis and project management.
  • Identify additional areas of opportunities and develop strategic and tactical plans, and mobilize stakeholders to execute and improve customer and seller satisfaction.
