GTM Operations & Strategy Lead

MiniMedDuluth, GA
Onsite

About The Position

The GTM Operations Lead is the operational right hand to the GTM CIO. In this Director‑level individual contributor role, you will run the business of the GTM CIO organization: its operating rhythm, governance model, portfolio oversight, financial alignment, data/insights backbone, and cross‑functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Security/Privacy, and the enterprise Digital Transformation office. You will ensure that commercial technology programs (e.g., Salesforce, data/AI‑driven GTM capabilities) execute with predictability and deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for a seasoned operator who can influence without authority, simplify complexity, and drive clarity and execution across a diverse ecosystem. This role requires you to work on-site at our Duluth, GA or Northridge, CA at least 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in BizOps, PMO, Chief‑of‑Staff, RevOps, or Technology Operations roles supporting GTM and/or CIO/CTO functions.
  • Demonstrated capability operating at Director/Principal IC level (influence without authority; exec‑level communication; cross‑functional leadership).
  • Deep experience running executive operating mechanisms and portfolio governance.
  • Hands‑on experience with commercial technology ecosystems — ideally Salesforce, marketing automation, GTM data/analytics, and AI‑enabled GTM tools.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and ROI/value tracking.
  • Exceptional communication, simplification, and storytelling skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or partnering within digital transformation programs or enterprise PMOs.
  • Experience in regulated industries with strong privacy, security, and compliance constraints.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Executive presence and influence.
  • Systems thinking and structured problem solving.
  • Operational excellence and process design.
  • Portfolio and delivery rigor.
  • Change leadership and adoption enablement.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Bias for clarity, simplification, and action.

Responsibilities

  • Operating Rhythm & Executive Governance Design, run, and continuously improve the GTM CIO operating rhythm, including staff meetings, portfolio reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and SteerCo forums. Drive preparation of pre‑reads, decision logs, action tracking, and executive‑level messaging. Ensure forums are decision‑oriented, time‑efficient, and connected to enterprise digital transformation governance models.
  • Portfolio, Delivery & Value Realization Run the end‑to-end GTM technology portfolio operating model — intake, prioritization, resource alignment, progress visibility, change control, and value realization tracking. Establish lightweight but disciplined PMO standards tailored to the speed of GTM organizations. Work cross‑functionally to ensure technology releases are tied to revenue, productivity, customer experience, or cost‑to‑serve outcomes.
  • Financial, Vendor & Resourcing Orchestration Partner with Finance to manage the GTM CIO OPEX/CAPEX plan, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Lead vendor governance for GTM technology platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Automation tools, data/AI tooling), aligning on SLAs, performance, and value. Collaborate with HR, procurement, and functional leaders to ensure the portfolio has the right capabilities at the right moments.
  • Data, Insights & KPI Framework Build and maintain the KPI stack that powers GTM CIO decision‑making — delivery health, adoption, business impact, operational excellence, and transformation progress. Partner with Analytics teams to automate dashboards and scorecards used in monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Change Leadership & Adoption Develop communication, enablement, and field‑readiness plans for GTM technology rollouts. Establish and manage feedback loops from the field, commercial leaders, and operational teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Risk, Compliance & Readiness Identify and manage risks, interdependencies, escalations, and readiness across the GTM portfolio. Ensure coordination with Security, Privacy, and Legal for compliance, data governance, separation/transition activity, and audit readiness.
  • Strategic Partner to the GTM CIO Act as an extension of the GTM CIO in strategic planning, executive storytelling, and organizational alignment. Anticipate operational needs, connect dots across functions, and ensure the GTM CIO is focused on the highest‑leverage decisions and conversations. Serve as a synthesizer and integrator across commercial, technical, and enterprise transformation teams.
