The position will lead the development of multi-year strategic plans, growth roadmaps, and strategic priorities aligned with corporate objectives and business-unit needs. It requires building quantitative and qualitative business cases for new initiatives, investments, partnerships, operational improvements, and M&A opportunities. The role will partner with product, finance, operations, R&D, and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment, challenge assumptions, and drive cohesive execution. Additionally, the professional will prepare board-level presentations, synthesize insights into clear recommendations, and support decision-making through scenario modeling and strategic options. Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and Modeling
  • More than 5 years of experience in a related roles.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and monitoring business strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, market research methodologies, and data analysis software.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and business development tools.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and partnerships with key market stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel is required (25%).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities
