About The Position

Support the Corporate Strategy and Business Development Team across M&A, corporate finance and strategy activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the day‑to‑day of a corporate development team in a consumer products company. This temporary position is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining real‑world finance experience.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
Strong interest in accounting, finance, or business operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Prior coursework or internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with memos and presentations on business performance, M&A opportunities and corporate finance
Support diligence on potential acquisition or divestiture opportunities, including but not limited to financial models and data analysis
Assist in the entire lifecycle of an M&A project, from idea generation, deal execution, to post-close integration or separation
Help analyze business and industry trends as well as track consumption data on our brands and key competitors
Assist with periodic accounting projects and ad hoc analysis
Provide general office and administrative support to the both the accounting and finance teams, as needed
