About The Position

This Strategy Analyst role sits at the heart of how the Product & Health Experience (PHE) department turns strategy into action. The role is designed for someone who thrives on detailing complexity, collaborating across portfolios, and maintaining the systems, dashboards, and shared forums that help product teams do their best work. You will work closely with a Strategy Partner to drive operational readiness, track organizational momentum, and maintain the connective tissue that allows the entire department to thrive. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across the Product Development Management Lifecycle (PdMLC) by helping to define, implement, and continuously improve standards, flexible stage gates, and workflows. You will partner with leadership to build outcome-based performance metrics, support portfolio planning and resourcing analysis, and help operationalize process improvements, including the integration of AI and subsequent change management. Additionally, you will serve as a vital coordinator for the department's momentum and workforce readiness. This includes supporting the PHE internal communication strategy and operating rhythm to ensure roadmaps are transparently tracked, leadership messaging is data-driven, and high-impact forums like All-Hands are seamlessly executed. Finally, you will support workforce transformation and learning initiatives to build future-ready capabilities across all product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Life Sciences or other related degree
  • Six years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant, progressive experience in strategy / management consulting firms or internal strategy groups of healthcare and related companies
  • Strong PC application Skills (MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Health, Economics or other related degree
  • Experience in Health Insurance operations and technology
  • Experience in operational improvement

Responsibilities

  • Work with business/ market owners to identify key business issues, articulate problem, apply right analytical framework, develop solution and recommendations, represent findings to stakeholders and own the outcome
  • Under the guidance of Strategy Consultants and Leadership, participate in / lead small to medium sized strategy projects/ work streams with the help of internal or external strategy consulting resources
  • Serve as subject matter expert (resource) to staff and stakeholders on membership, growth and operational strategy issues
  • Provide periodic informal work guidance/direction to other team members; Provide performance input and recommendations to management for development/ training plans. May have supervisory responsibilities on a project basis
  • Apply a broad knowledge of concepts and principles to develop analytical frameworks, approach and methodology best practices to analyze complex strategy issues, often applying ingenuity and originality to develop unique solutions
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
