About The Position

Direct Digital Holdings is seeking a Strategist, Paid Social to join the team at Orange 142. The Strategist, Paid Social ensures seamless execution of complex paid display and video campaigns across Google Ads and other social platforms. This role manages key client relationships, allocates resources effectively, and ensures all campaigns meet quality standards and adhere to platform guidelines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Paid Social across various platforms is required.
  • Google Ads Certification required.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
  • Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI software such as Gemini.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in marketing, advertising, or another related field is preferred.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, presenting key insights and strategies.
  • Make recommendations for and execute strategy on paid display and video campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other social platforms.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet quality standards and adhere to platform guidelines.
  • Implement advanced audience targeting strategies using platform tools.
  • Track campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, and CPV.
  • Monitor daily campaign budgets, flagging overspend, or underspend issues.
  • Craft engaging ad copy, when needed to support campaign objectives.
  • Take the lead in resolving issues such as disapproved ads or technical errors in campaign setup.
  • Evaluate the performance of all campaigns under their purview and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry updates, platform changes, and new tools, sharing relevant insights with the team.
