Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising within CPG (consumer packaged goods), with a focus on paid search, display, programmatic, and social media advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a creative thinker with a high level of initiative

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various digital channels, including search, display, programmatic, and social media in collaboration with our digital agency partner
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling ad edits and messaging
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
  • Support the Head of Digital Marketing in setting creative platform strategy, creating shot lists for shoots and working with post production on platform adjustments and edits
  • Lead tracking system implementation (UTMs, pixels, etc.), having robust knowledge on tracking ecosystems and how to expand tracking capabilities
  • Partner with internal teams and agency partners to inform the creative strategy for Meta campaigns, including carousel, video, story, and collection ads
  • Provide guidance on audience considerations, messaging frameworks, and creative best practices to support engagement and conversion goals
  • Contribute to the strategic development of search and display campaigns by advising on keyword intent, ad copy themes, and creative approaches that align with performance objectives
