About The Position

Multiply is an early-stage, high-growth startup based in San Francisco, operating as the first AI-powered Media Agency for B2B companies. We have developed Blue, an AI Agent designed to be a top-tier B2B performance marketer, automating the design, launch, testing, and optimization of paid media campaigns to accelerate customer growth. We are a VC-funded company with significant growth potential, currently a team of 13 and seeking our 14th member. Our client roster includes prominent tech companies in Silicon Valley, including several unicorns. With demand exceeding our current capacity, this role is crucial for scaling our operations. This is an opportunity to help define modern B2B growth strategies and shape the collaboration between AI and human expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong experience running LinkedIn Ads
  • Comfortable being hands-on in campaign managers
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain what matters and why
  • Comfortable owning outcomes end to end

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, defining ICPs, audiences, funnels, creative direction, and testing strategy.
  • Set clear success metrics and expectations for customers.
  • Build, launch, and optimize LinkedIn and Google campaigns directly.
  • Own day-to-day performance across customer accounts.
  • Lead execution across both human and AI-driven efforts.
  • Partner with Design, Ad Ops, and Engineering to execute strategy.
  • Write clear creative and campaign briefs.
  • Guide engineers on AI evolution based on real campaign work.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights, friction points, and feature requests.
  • Own customer relationships via Slack and recurring meetings.
  • Run monthly strategy and performance reviews.
  • Provide clear, direct feedback to customers to ensure their success.
  • Build trust through transparency and results.
