Montgomery College is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and student-centered leader to serve as the Strategic Student Success Initiatives Director. This position will be eligible for telework up to one (1) day per week, based on operational needs and following the successful completion of the probationary period. The Strategic Student Success Initiatives Director provides leadership for the coordination, implementation, and assessment of collegewide student success initiatives that advance student access, belonging, well-being, persistence, completion, and post-completion success. Reporting to the Associate Senior Vice President for Student Success and Strategic Initiatives, the Director develops and leads strategic initiatives focused on basic needs, mental health, parenting students, and other student populations with unique needs while supporting project management and assessment efforts. Working collaboratively with institutional leadership, Academic Affairs, Counseling and Advising, Institutional Research and Effectiveness, Student Life and community partners, the Director ensures that student support initiatives align with the College's strategic plan, enrollment priorities, and student success goals. The Director also develops and provides leadership for strategic partnerships, grant-supported initiatives, and assessment activities that strengthen the College's capacity to support students holistically.
