This role is part of the Office of the Chief of Staff to the CTO. Provides strategic support for ensuring effective implementation of key priorities & programs, organizing strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. This individual will play a key role in supporting the CoS in managing cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment across departments and preparing key materials for key stakeholders (i.e., Executive Team, Board, other cross-functional business leaders). Supports the development and implementation of the TD&A LT Calendar, Executive Team and Board of Directors preparation and materials development, TD&A Scorecard. Key Considerations: Thought partner by navigating Tech, D&A organization, cross-functional teams, processes and overall enterprise priorities. Must act as an enabler, connector and aligner. High levels of influence is required across senior leaders while building credibility across the organization. Must be able to lead autonomously to enable CTO and Tech, D&A strategic priorities. Highest levels of integrity and confidentially are required. Will regularly be responsible for company confidential strategies that require executive maturity.
