Strategic Sourcing Manager
About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing Manager manages the implementation, on-going support and prioritization of initiatives in Supply Chain Management. This role develops and drives the overall business systems strategy and roadmap, while managing multiple projects simultaneously ranging in size, complexity and duration. The manager oversees the creation and delivery of data-driven insights across Tower Health verticals to support strategic and operational business goals. This position directs Supply Chain projects related to improved workflow and cost saving initiatives. The role provides personal experience and subject matter expertise to support the creation and delivery of complex healthcare analytics projects for a diversity of uses. Additionally, the manager will lead analytical teams in developing their expertise to promote professional and technical growth, and mentor and train the analytic team on techniques, data features, analytics software applications, clinical scenarios, business dynamics and requirements. The role also oversees the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, requirements, methodologies, coding, testing plans, and results validations.
