Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
  • Comfortable running RFPs and negotiating with vendors.
  • Experience leading stakeholders internally at a senior level.
  • Strong communication skills, able to speak to category and projects to senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a sharp eye for contract review.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel for financial and data analysis.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with collaborators and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and own their area, hitting the ground running.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Supply/Operations.
  • Experience using Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with building procurement and category strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the foundation of the new procurement department, establishing standard processes and key strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for projects across indirect categories such as Marketing, IT, and Facilities.
  • Proactively lead a portfolio of multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Conduct detailed spend analysis using expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Enhance procurement processes and workflows to improve efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead RFP, RFQ, and participate in supplier negotiations across indirect categories to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Partner with business leaders across WMG to align on their needs and drive strategic outcomes.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $120,000 to $135,000 Annually
