About The Position

The Procurement and Finance Services team at Zillow partners with business units across the company to deliver strategic sourcing solutions that drive value, innovation, and operational excellence. We collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our sourcing strategies align with Zillow's business goals and support the company's growth and competitive advantage. As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies across key spend categories, leading competitive events, negotiations, and supplier governance initiatives that deliver measurable value. In this role, you will primarily support the People organization—covering HR technology, talent acquisition tools, benefits administration, learning platforms, and workforce management solutions. We are also open to candidates with experience in adjacent categories, including technology, marketing services, or professional services, particularly for peers supporting similar stakeholder groups. You will manage sourcing initiatives across a $25M+ annual portfolio, drive negotiation planning, and contribute to category optimization efforts that improve operational efficiency and supplier outcomes. Through data-driven decision making and structured deal governance, you will directly support Zillow’s cost optimization and growth objectives.
