About The Position

The Strategic Resource Associate (SRA) plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture. The SRA will assist the Strategic Resource Managers (SRMs) with supporting the sales team through marketing efforts while helping generate new business and impact client retention. You will be led by the Strategic Resource Managers but will have direct exposure to working with our sales team and leadership (CSOs and RSOs).

Requirements

  • Overall knowledge of insurance is helpful, active license in either industry is preferred, but not required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions
  • Highly organized master of multi-tasking with an inherent sense of urgency
  • Creative writing, editing and grammar skills

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support & Administration
  • Provide database and CRM support for sales members.
  • Enforce continued use of HUB’s CRM system to all producers within the region
  • Assist with preparing and editing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, sell sheets, etc.
  • Tracking of activity with sales team from local events and tradeshows & working with the Marketing & Communications team to distribute follow up lists to Producers
  • Attend monthly All-SRM meetings to go over launch dates, tools updates, and corporate lead initiative projects to implement within our HUB region.
  • Coordinate and assemble all necessary requirements to build, write and complete RFP’s and similar type proposals.
  • Assist in event/meeting planning.
