The Strategic Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding both CRIF’s Credit Connection lender portfolio and the Dealertrack & RouteOne Pass-Through programs. This is a highly strategic, growth-oriented role focused on maximizing lender relationships, driving platform adoption, increasing application volume, and expanding revenue across CRIF’s full suite of products and services. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned lenders and partners while leading key initiatives including lender migration, digital contracting adoption, and pass-through processing expansion across both existing clients and external partners.
