About The Position

At BrightStar Care of Central DuPage/Wheaton, we are seeking a Strategic Recruiter who is passionate about identifying exceptional talent, resolving hiring challenges, and contributing to the evolution of recruiting. As one of the most successful offices nationwide, consistently ranking in the Top 10 for weekly revenue, we need someone who is more than just a job poster. We are looking for a curious, proactive individual, well-versed in current recruiting trends, and enthusiastic about utilizing AI and new technologies to enhance the hiring process. This role is crucial in attracting top-tier caregivers, nurses, and administrative professionals who are dedicated to improving our clients' lives.

Requirements

  • Recruiting and talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a PLUS
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology preferred
  • Interest or experience in AI, automation, or recruiting innovation strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding/orientation
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards
  • Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire
  • Stay connected to recruiting trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Serve as a champion for AI-powered recruiting tools and automation initiatives
  • Help optimize candidate engagement, scheduling, communication, and recruiting workflows through technology
  • Analyze recruiting data and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes
  • Build relationships within the community through networking events, partnerships, and recruiting outreach
