The Senior Provider Continuity Account Executive is responsible for leading continuity, stabilization, and strategic relationship management for a pool of mid-size to large Provider clients – typically organizations averaging approximately $2.5B in net patient revenue – during account transitions, organizational change, or elevated risk. This role manages complex account transitions, heightened client risk scenarios, and broad cross-functional coordination while proactively shaping strategies that protect retention, operational performance, and long-term partnership value. This role provides leadership during periods of change on account strategy, transition governance, executive engagement, and risk mitigation until permanent account ownership is established. The role will influence business outcomes through executive alignment, issue resolution, proactive opportunity preservation, and disciplined account planning. Success is measured by client retention, transition effectiveness, operational stability, value realization, and customer satisfaction—not quota attainment. This role partners closely with senior Market Leadership, Growth, Operations, Product, Technology, and Delivery leaders to minimize disruption, sustain executive confidence, and ensure continuity across more complex strategic accounts. Solid executive presence, enterprise thinking, the ability to lead across the matrix, and the discipline to maintain visibility to account strategy, stakeholder priorities, and current solution footprint are critical. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
