About The Position

The Strategic Provider Continuity Account Executive is responsible for leading continuity, stabilization, and strategic relationship management for a pool of large, complex, and/or strategically important Provider clients – typically organizations averaging approximately $5B in net patient revenue – during account transitions, organizational change, or elevated risk. This role is accountable for navigating high-risk transitions, high-visibility client situations, and complex cross-functional coordination while shaping strategies that protect enterprise relationships, retention outcomes, operational stability, strategic revenue, and long-term growth potential.
