The Strategic Provider Continuity Account Executive is responsible for leading continuity, stabilization, and strategic relationship management for a pool of large, complex, and/or strategically important Provider clients – typically organizations averaging approximately $5B in net patient revenue – during account transitions, organizational change, or elevated risk. This role is accountable for navigating high-risk transitions, high-visibility client situations, and complex cross-functional coordination while shaping strategies that protect enterprise relationships, retention outcomes, operational stability, strategic revenue, and long-term growth potential. This role partners closely with executive Market Leadership, Growth, Operations, Product, Technology, Delivery, Legal, and other senior stakeholders to shape broader approaches to account transition strategies, governance, value realization, and client management across the business. The role is accountable for developing continuity strategies that protect client confidence, strategic revenue, and long-term growth across the organization’s most important Provider relationships. This role provides leadership during periods of change to minimize disruption, protect client confidence, and sustain momentum across the organization’s most important strategic accounts. Exceptional executive presence, enterprise perspective, the ability to lead across the matrix at scale, and the discipline to maintain executive-level visibility to account strategy, stakeholder priorities, current solution footprint, and long-range opportunity preservation are critical. Success is measured by client retention, transition effectiveness, operational stability, value realization, and customer satisfaction—not quota attainment.
