About The Position
Terac is seeking a strategic project lead to partner directly with the CEO to shape and scale the company’s core function: recruiting. This role involves working with large customers to understand and solve their needs. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses exceptional judgment, and can manage strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
Requirements
- Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities; proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.
- Excited by “gritty” process optimization and large-scale execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of our highest-value projects to customers worth millions of dollars.
- Work with the CEO to drive important business decisions
- Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
- Ensure execution under demanding timelines
- Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
