About The Position

AfterQuery is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to work with leading AI labs on next-generation dataset generation and AI research. The role owns client relationships and project execution end-to-end, manages expert teams across finance, software engineering, and sciences, and drives company-wide initiatives as an early hire. The position also supports operational initiatives across the company. The role is based onsite in San Francisco, typically in the office six days per week.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in AI safety, red teaming, trust and safety, adversarial machine learning, or security research.
Experience in a high-intensity environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup.
Comfort owning client relationships and executing projects end-to-end.
A track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Highly driven, scrappy, and willing to work intensely to advance AI.

Responsibilities

Work with leading AI labs to generate next-generation datasets that directly generate revenue.
Manage teams of experts across domains such as finance, software engineering, and sciences.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI research.
Drive initiatives across the company as an early hire.
Support various operational initiatives.
Own client relationships and project execution end-to-end.
