About The Position

Overview: bankESB is interested in opening its doors to promising, future leaders through a paid, summer internship program. We will be accepting a limited number of applicants to assist with short-term projects and miscellaneous duties throughout various departments within our organization. This will begin on June 1, 2026 and run through July 31, 2026. Strategic Projects interns will gain: Insight Into Project Management Fundamentals Exposure to Projects & Initiatives across the entire organization Exposure to Leadership and Subject Matter Experts across the entire organization Interaction with cross functional and multiple Departments Sample tasks for Strategic Projects may include the following: Project Meeting Coordination & Attendance (Minutes & Documentation) System Testing Coordination & Analysis System Upgrade Analysis & Communication Report Analysis All summer interns may also participate in the following events and/or meetings: Industry specific conferences Participate in department specific meetings and/or corporate events with bank officers and executives Other events/meetings to be defined Meetings with management level mentor throughout internship If you would like to apply or want to find out more about our summer internship program, please provide us with your résumé and cover letter, detailing why you would like to be considered for a summer internship position with bankESB, no later than April 30, 2026.
