  • At least 5 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with demonstrated organizational impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations, status reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Solid proficiency with project management tools, platforms, and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification.
  • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives within professional services, financial services, or other non-production environments.
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies within professional services, financial services, healthcare, or technology environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide projects from inception through implementation, aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement opportunities, then design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk assessments, communication frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to build alignment and support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, adjusting plans as needed for successful execution.
  • Anticipate and manage project risks, obstacles, and dependencies, and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Measure and communicate project results using data analysis, key performance indicators, and executive-level reporting.
  • Champion change management efforts related to system implementations, process improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Establish, promote, and refine project management best practices and governance standards.
