The Strategic Project Manager plays a critical role in identifying, shaping, and evaluating high-value strategic initiatives for Vallourec North America. Based in the Houston, TX headquarters, this role focuses on the early phases of strategic projects (opportunity assessment, scenario modeling, and business-case development) to ensure potential projects are analytically sound and aligned with strategic priorities before investment or execution decisions are made. The Strategic Project Manager may also lead the end-to-end execution of selected strategic projects as needed. In addition to shaping individual initiatives, the Strategic Project Manager contributes to portfolio level assessment and prioritization, helping the organization allocate resources effectively and pursue the highest value opportunities. This position provides an opportunity to influence strategic, financial, and operational outcomes in a dynamic environment.
