We’re building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs’ most important customer relationships in North America, and we’re looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires. This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations, building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation - across customer experience, product, and operations. These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You're not just executing a playbook - you're writing it.
