As a Strategic Product Manager at Forus, you will take on some of the company’s most important and ambiguous product problems before they have established teams, roadmaps, or obvious solutions. Your work may include building internal AI and automation products, creating new operational capabilities, developing the first version of a product for a new customer category, or incubating an entirely new business line. Some initiatives will become permanent product areas; others may be handed to an existing team once the problem has been understood and the initial solution is working. You will operate as a technical product generalist, moving fluidly between product strategy, software, data, operations, and commercial considerations. You will be expected to identify the real constraint, develop a practical solution, build or prototype where useful, and lead execution until the initiative produces a measurable outcome. Depending on the problem, you may work through a dedicated engineering team, lead a broader cross-functional group, or execute significant portions of the work yourself. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.
