About The Position

The Senior Manager, Long-Term Radio Products will lead the definition, planning, and execution of Fujitsu's long-term Radio Unit (RU) product and platform strategy. This role is responsible for developing the Radio platform roadmap, identifying future technology directions, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive innovation and competitiveness within the global RAN market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in wireless or radio product management, strategic planning, or R&D leadership.
  • Strong understanding of RAN technologies, O-RAN, and future wireless standards.
  • Proven ability to translate technology trends into actionable business and product strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing at executive levels.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Long-Term Radio Platform Roadmap and Requirements, in collaboration with Strategic Product Management (SPM) teammates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assess industry trends across global and RAN markets to shape the MSBU RU strategy.
  • Work closely with Technology Development to align emerging technologies with future RU product plans.
  • Propose innovative RU product and platform solutions aligned with 1Finity's overall corporate strategy.
  • Partner with R&D teams to ensure alignment between technology roadmaps, market demands, and customer needs.
  • Develop, organize, and disseminate a Radio Competitor Intelligence Framework to support strategic planning and product differentiation.
  • Lead market research and use case analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Conduct business assessments to evaluate product investments, ROI, and long-term value creation.
  • Provide input to advanced and key technology development initiatives to ensure market relevance.
  • Define product vision, goals, and strategy for Fujitsu's long-term radio offerings.
  • Oversee strategic roadmap planning and provide direction on advanced product architecture and features.
  • Contribute to product discovery, positioning, and differentiation activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners, and ecosystem players to inform and influence product strategy.
