The Office of Financial Services is looking to hire a full-time senior strategic planning consultant to support the office's role across broad range of university strategic projects. The position will be within the University Treasurer's Office and will work collaboratively with other University departments on the identification, assessment, and implementation of strategic projects across the enterprise and its affiliates. This position will focus on financial evaluation and analysis along with the identification of non-financial considerations and risk factors. Reporting to Treasurer, Vice President of Financial Services & Innovation and Deputy CFO, this position will have exposure to a wide range of complex/cross-functional projects and will be responsible for performing strategic and financial analysis, identifying and evaluating key financial and non-financial considerations with short- and long-term impact, making recommendations, and developing decision-making and communication related documentation for the President, Provost, EVP for Research, Innovation and Knowledge SVP for Business & Finance and CFO, SVP for Administration & Planning, and other senior leadership. The position's primary responsibility will involve Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis of highly complex/cross-functional projects and project proposals of large scope across the University and its affiliates in the areas of student housing, real-estate acquisition and development, public-private partnerships (P3s), and economic development among others. The position will provide guidance, insight, and help with strategy for the Debt and Internal Bank operations within the Office of Financial Services utilizing acquired broad and unique knowledge.
