HDR is currently seeking a Senior Strategic Consultant to serve our transportation clients. In this role you will work closely with established HDR transportation leadership to develop and implement strategic approaches to support the most significant decision-making individuals among our transportation clients. Because you’re a strong visionary, grounded with robust business and communication skills and a deep understanding of the transportation infrastructure market, you’ll find yourself partnering with our client leadership to establish the foundational elements focused on bringing their development visions to life. You’ll put forth your years of executive leadership experience for the betterment of HDR’s clients. The focus of this role will be on the planning and advisory services associated with strategic issues which have significant impacts on the transportation industry.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or closely related field
  • A minimum of 10 years consulting experience and extensive related expertise
  • Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Nice To Haves

  • 20+ years leadership in the transportation industry with a background in business operations, policy and leadership.
