About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Event and Retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and nurturing strategic relationships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and identifying unique partnership opportunities. This role involves working closely with event organizers, community organizations, and retail partners to expand our market reach.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
Proven success in B2B negotiations and closing deals.
Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar tools.
Driven, results-oriented, and passionate about creating win-win partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for event fees, sponsorships, and contracts to maximize ROI.
Break into new markets by establishing partnerships with events and organizations that traditionally may not work with home improvement brands.
Cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders to foster ongoing collaborations.
Expand our retail footprint by building strategic alliances with retail locations.
Research and evaluate new event and retail opportunities across assigned markets.
Manage and keep our event database up-to-date using Monday.com.
