Strategic Partnerships Director

Goodwall•USA - Remote (East Coast), NY

About The Position

Goodwall is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to help drive its next stage of growth. The role owns a multi-million-dollar revenue target across multiple six- to seven-figure partnerships and includes building a significant portion of the candidate’s own pipeline. The Director will develop and grow relationships with global companies, Fortune 500 corporations, foundations, governments, and public-sector organisations, identifying partner priorities and shaping bespoke programs that align with Goodwall’s capabilities and deliver impact for young people. The position covers the full partnership journey, from opening doors and developing opportunities through proposal creation, negotiation, and contract close. The Director works closely with Goodwall’s programs, product, and leadership teams, and helps shape the company’s partnership strategy and approach to sales. This is a high-autonomy role in a lean, evolving team. The role is not a typical 9-to-5 position, and the candidate is trusted to manage their time around their partnerships. Work locations include London, Cape Town, Geneva, the US East Coast, and globally remote arrangements, with hybrid options in some locations.
