About The Position

The Strategic Partnerships Associate owns the complete affiliate relationship. They act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, facilitate client onboarding and optimization, maintain and report on key metrics for both recruitment and optimization performance, and work collaboratively with the operations and product teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university
  • 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, client success, or account management
  • Strong ability to build and manage long-term partnerships with external stakeholders
  • A track record of successfully negotiating deals and aligning partners with company goals
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on defined objectives with accountability and high attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliates
  • Facilitate client onboarding and optimization with affiliates, coordinating with internal teams to align goals and expectations
  • Execute on logistics involved in rolling out campaigns
  • Maintain effective communication with external and internal stakeholders, including regular updates on performance, current pipelines, and challenges
  • Monitor partner performance and collaborate with our product and analyst teams to drive improvements
  • Take full accountability for the organization and timely completion of ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
