This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and service line growth. The manager will partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities and align marketing with organizational priorities, using market data, patient trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy. Key responsibilities include leading paid media planning and execution across various channels (search, display, audio, out-of-home, excluding paid social), managing budgets, vendors, and campaign performance. Additionally, the role oversees CRM-driven outreach (text, email, etc.) to support patient access and utilization, and develops targeted messaging and campaigns to improve engagement. Cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and patient experience goals, influencing stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Five or more years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, brand management, or growth marketing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and service line growth.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and align marketing with organizational priorities.
  • Use market data, patient trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead paid media planning and execution across channels including search, display, audio, and out-of-home (excluding paid social).
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and campaign performance to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Oversee CRM-driven outreach (text, email, etc.) to support patient access and utilization.
  • Develop targeted messaging and campaigns to improve engagement, response rates, and conversions.
  • Partner across departments to ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and patient experience goals.
  • Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and strong communication.
