Strategic Key Account Manager – BESS (Data Center & Strategic Key Account) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Strategic Market Expansion: Lead the business development and market penetration of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) solutions within the North American Data Center (Hyperscale/Colo) and Global Enterprise sectors. Own the revenue targets and market share growth. • High-Stakes Account Hunting: Identify, target, and secure Tier-1 strategic accounts. Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-Suite executives and technical decision-makers at Strategic Accounts. • Solution Evangelism: Act as the primary technical and commercial lead to promote next-generation BESS solutions, positioning the company as the "Gold Standard" for mission-critical power infrastructure. • R&D Strategic Alignment: Serve as the critical feedback loop between the market and R&D. Drive product roadmap enhancements by translating complex customer pain points into winning technical requirements. • Technical Advisory & Influence: Support the sales cycle as a trusted advisor, navigating complex system-level trade to win technical buy-in from customer engineering teams. • Ecosystem Leadership: Represent the company at premier industry events (e.g., 7x24 Exchange, Data Center World) to drive brand authority and influence industry standards. • Regulatory & Compliance Strategy: Master and interpret UL 9540/9540A, NFPA 855, and NEC requirements to ensure all solutions meet the rigorous safety and reliability standards of the U.S. data center market.
