About The Position

Join PayPal to power some of our most strategic partner integrations, where products are built and launched in close collaboration with global partners. As a Strategic Integration Manager, you’ll play a critical role in bringing new capabilities to market by working at the intersection of partner, product, and engineering teams. You’ll lead the partner experience through complex co-build and launch phases, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across all stakeholders. From guiding partners through technical setup to coordinating evolving product requirements, you’ll help turn ambitious ideas into live, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-moving environments, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited by the challenge of launching new products alongside partners while shaping how those products evolve.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or platform integrations
  • Background in payments, fintech, or partner-driven ecosystems
  • Experience supporting external partners or customers in technical or product environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Experience working on early-stage or rapidly evolving products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage program budgets and financials.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during integration and launch, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Guide partners through technical onboarding, including APIs, integrations, and environment setup.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support co-development efforts and evolving product capabilities.
  • Translate partner needs into clear inputs for internal teams, helping shape product direction and prioritization.
  • Facilitate direct collaboration between partners and subject matter experts to accelerate progress and resolve issues.
  • Drive clarity and alignment across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, high-impact programs.
  • Help ensure successful launches by proactively identifying gaps and readiness needs.
