Strategic Initiatives Manager, NA

Vantage Data CentersRemote - CO, CO

About The Position

Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world’s well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises. Developing and operating across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, Vantage has evolved data center design in innovative ways to deliver dramatic gains in reliability, efficiency and sustainability in flexible environments that can scale as quickly as the market demands. Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Strategic Initiatives Manager to help drive the programs, processes, tools, and operating rhythms that support a fast-moving, 400-person organization. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. The right candidate can take an ambiguous business need, create structure, build the first draft, analyze the data, develop the rollout plan, and drive execution across teams. This is not a traditional project management role — we need someone who can create momentum and produce high-quality work, not just track tasks. The Strategic Initiatives Manager will partner closely with the Strategic Initiatives Director and senior leaders within the Construction Delivery Organization to support transformation efforts, improve operational processes, develop executive-ready materials, manage organizational rollouts, and use data to guide decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong executive communication skills, excellent PowerPoint capabilities, data fluency, creative problem-solving ability, and a talent for building relationships across functions.
