This is a hard role to put in a box, which is intentional. The Strategic Initiatives Lead will report to the Chief of Staff and work on the problems that matter most to the business right now — not a fixed function. The first projects will likely sit in Growth and then move to GTM broadly speaking, but where you go next depends on what the company needs and what you're good at/eager to learn. People who've done this well tend to come from places where the feedback loop was short and the expectations were high — early-stage startups, ex-consultants, strategy roles that bled into execution, or careers where they had to build without a playbook. We're hiring for a specific way of thinking more than a specific background. This role requires someone with high agency and an extreme sense of ownership.
