AFCO Direct is reshaping premium finance with innovative solutions. Our goal is to ease administrative duties for agents, improve cash flow for insureds and provide easy-to-use technology for both. The Strategic Growth Manager will call on existing clients within both the small and intermediate agency market segments to cultivate, retain and expand loan volume. This role involves educating agency clients on systems and procedures, gathering data on competitors, monitoring activity within the assigned territory, and assisting internal departments as needed. The position also includes promoting Premium Finance (PF) at industry events.
