About The Position

The Strategic Growth Manager role at Giftogram is focused on growing and expanding some of the largest customer relationships. This role is responsible for uncovering new opportunities, building strong relationships across enterprise organizations, and helping customers utilize Giftogram in more significant and strategic ways over time. The position involves close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, while owning expansion revenue within a dedicated portfolio of clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or customer growth roles
  • Experience managing or growing business relationships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive individual who naturally looks for opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience with SaaS, incentives, HR tech, fintech, or enterprise customers

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across departments and teams
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Procurement
  • Lead customer conversations focused on growth, adoption, and new use cases
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure strong customer outcomes
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Accurately forecast revenue and activity in HubSpot/Salesforce
  • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue goals with uncapped accelerators
