About The Position

TYLin is a globally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm committed to providing innovative, cost-effective, constructible designs for the global infrastructure market. With over 3,000 employees throughout the Americas, Asia, and Europe, the firm provides support on projects of varying size and complexity. Together, we enhance conventional designs with smarter, more resilient systems. We provide people with better mobility. We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions. Job Summary We are seeking a strategic, visionary leader to help propel our Structural Engineering practice—and broader GI Buildings platform—into its next phase of growth. This role sits at the intersection of business development, client experience, and marketing, operating as a trusted partner to senior leadership and a catalyst for strategic expansion. The Strategic Growth Lead will work side-by-side with Sector leadership to sharpen how we position ourselves in the market, curate and lead high-impact pursuits, strengthen client relationships, and elevate our brand presence nationally and internationally. This is not a traditional marketing or BD role – it is a strategic leadership position focused on shaping who we are, how we compete, and how we win.
