The Opportunity This is not a traditional sales hire. You will be the revenue engine behind a high-performing consultancy — managing every stage of the sales process from lead capture through close, and eventually building and leading a small revenue team beneath you. In year one, you feed the founder's pipeline and learn the methodology deeply. By month six, you're closing smaller engagements independently. By year two, you own the full sales motion — and you're hiring your own hunter to open a second channel. This role has real runway.
