About The Position

The Manager of FP&A serves as a trusted partner through the company’s planning processes, including forecasting and budgeting. The position will be responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis processes, conducting ad hoc analysis, and strategic analysis for Business Partners. This position will be responsible in assisting key financial processes including quarterly forecasts, the annual operating plan, long range planning, and presentation for executive consumption. Responsibilities include assembling and reviewing Executive level reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and driving collaborative partnerships between FP&A and Accounting by helping create streamlined and repeatable processes and outputs for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global financial activities, enabling data driven Business decisions for the organization
• Support the Quarter end Internal and External review process including Investor calls and Board Meetings. Additionally providing relevant analysis during planning processes including forecasting and budgeting.
• Provide reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to tell the story and provide meaningful analytics to support
• Continually provide input for opportunities for improvement and align with global approach/processes when feasible. Simplify approach where possible.
• Own and maintain the company's long range strategic plan, partnering across business functions to gather inputs and updated assumptions, and reporting out updates on a periodic basis.
• Lead the coordination and development of a singular long range model to be used across Finance and to support FP&A and Investor Relations
• Lead the compilation of external market analytics and Investor Relations-focused modeling
• Conduct EVA analysis and support Transformation team through other ad hoc strategic-focused analysis
• Assist with analysis and preparation of materials to support external communications, including Investor Relations support
