  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for executive, operational, and cross-functional audiences.
  • High ownership, high judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong operator mindset, with willingness to move between strategy, analysis, process-building, and hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 2 years of investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or finance/strategy consulting experience, ideally with healthcare exposure.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup, especially Seed through Series B.
  • Experience with hybrid business models that combine services, software, data, marketplace, payer, provider, or enterprise revenue streams.
  • Exposure to investor materials, board reporting, fundraising support, M&A, or strategic planning.
  • Experience partnering with operators to drive margin improvement, revenue quality, utilization, pricing, payer mix, or growth decisions.
  • Healthcare services experience, especially ABA, behavioral health, Medicaid, commercial payers, or provider operations.
  • Experience building lightweight reporting, forecasting, or automation workflows using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, SQL, modern planning tools, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • SaaS, subscription, or enterprise healthcare revenue exposure.
  • CPA or formal accounting background is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Help leadership identify where performance is improving, where the model is breaking down, and what actions are needed to improve results.
  • Build clean, consistent reporting across multiple revenue models, including B2B SaaS / platform contracts, direct-to-consumer subscriptions and payments, clinical services revenue (Medicaid, commercial payers, private pay), and health-system/enterprise/partnership-based models.
