About The Position

York Space Systems is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join our finance team based in our Greenwood Village office. You will have the unique opportunity to partner across functions to support York’s growth and success. This is a high-profile role, reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance. This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, FP&A, or related analytical fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including building dynamic financial models and creating clear, data - driven presentations for board level audiences
• Hands-on experience evaluating M&A transactions, including financial due diligence and comparable company and transaction analyses
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting concepts and financial statement mechanics
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and synergy analysis
• Manage financial models, forecasts, and program budgets to support strategic financial planning & analysis
• Develop high-impact financial insights that directly influence company growth, investment decisions, and long-term strategy
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business development and growth opportunities
