About The Position

The Strategic Enrollment Technology Specialist at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is a technical contributor responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system and related enrollment technologies across campus. The Specialist designs and implements flexible CRM applications, communication journeys, event triggers, and inquiry management systems, performs testing and quality assurance, and delivers end-user training and documentation. Works close with Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, academic departments, and service offices, the Specialist ensures seamless systems integration, data integrity, and process optimization to support enrollment management objectives. Reports to the Director of Strategic Enrollment Technology, the role requires translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions, coordinating cross-functional projects, and deploying scalable, high-quality systems that advance campus-wide enrollment strategies.
